Youth throughout the county submitted their designs with written descriptions reflecting HOPE, Family, Respect and Community Building THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ENTERED! Written description of winning design by Hillary: "Framed within the outline of a dove, the scene depicted in this illustration conveys the idea of possibility. Possibility of a strong, safe community, committed to fostering the families within it."
